Data Deletion Instructions

PostDostAI, a product of B2B Dost, respects your privacy and provides you with full control over your data.
This policy applies specifically to the PostDostAI application integrated with Facebook (Meta) and other third-party services.
If you wish to delete your data associated with our platform, including data obtained through Facebook (Meta) or other integrations, please follow the instructions below.
🔹 Option 1: Delete via Facebook Settings
You can remove PostDostAI access directly from your Facebook account:
Go to your Facebook account
Navigate to Settings & Privacy → Settings
Click on Apps and Websites
Find PostDostAI in the list
Click Remove Access
Removing the app from Facebook stops further data sharing.
🔹 Option 2: Request Data Deletion via Email
You can request complete data deletion by contacting us:

Please include:
Your registered email ID
Your account or business name (if applicable)
Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
🔹 What Happens After Request?
Your request will be verified for security purposes
All associated personal and platform data will be permanently deleted
This includes:
Account information
Connected social media data
Access tokens
Scheduled posts and stored content
Data received via Facebook Login will also be deleted upon request.
Deletion will be completed within 7 working days.
After successful deletion, you may request confirmation via email.
🔹 Important Notes
Removing the app from Facebook stops data sharing, but does not automatically delete your account
To permanently delete your data from PostDostAI, please submit a deletion request via email
Some data may be retained if required for legal compliance under applicable laws
