These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of PostDostAI (https://postdostai.com), operated by B2B Dost.

By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

PostDostAI is an AI-powered social media scheduling and automation platform that allows users to:

• Connect social media accounts

• Create and schedule posts

• Auto-publish content

• Manage multiple platforms

• Access analytics and performance data

We are an independent automation tool and are not affiliated with Meta, Google, YouTube, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Telegram, or any other platform.

2. Account Registration

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials

• Be responsible for all activities under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Content posted through connected accounts

• Compliance with platform policies

• Compliance with Indian laws

You agree NOT to use the platform for:

• Spam or bulk unsolicited messaging

• Illegal products or services

• Copyright infringement

• Misleading or fraudulent activity

• Adult or prohibited content

• Platform policy violations

Violation may result in immediate suspension without refund.

4. Third-Party Platform Dependency

Our service depends on APIs provided by third-party platforms.

We are not responsible for:

• Account bans or suspensions

• API access limitations

• Platform outages

• Changes in third-party policies

Users may revoke platform permissions at any time.

5. Subscription & Payments

• Subscription fees are billed in advance

• Plans may be monthly or yearly

• Failure to pay may result in suspension

• Pricing may change with notice

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy (if separately published).

6. Intellectual Property

All software, design, branding, and AI systems belong to B2B Dost.

Users retain ownership of their content.

By using the service, you grant us limited permission to process your content solely for providing automation functionality.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of Terms

• Fraudulent activity

• Abuse of APIs

• Misuse of service

Termination may occur without prior notice in severe cases.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

• We are not liable for business losses or revenue loss

• We are not responsible for platform-related suspensions

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 30 days

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

10. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their dashboard or by contacting support.

Cancellation will stop future billing. Access to paid features will continue until the end of the billing period.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided for:

• Partial subscription periods

• Change of mind after purchase

• Account suspension due to policy violations

• Third-party platform restrictions or API limitations

• Failure to use the service

Refunds may be granted only in cases of:

• Duplicate payment

• Proven technical billing error

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment to:

11. API Abuse & Anti-Spam Policy

PostDostAI strictly prohibits misuse of platform automation features.

Users may NOT use the service for:

• Bulk spam posting

• Automated engagement manipulation

• Fake accounts or bot networks

• Circumventing platform rate limits

• Unauthorized scraping

• Misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts

• Restrict API access

• Report unlawful activity to authorities

No refund will be provided for accounts terminated due to API abuse or spam activity.

12. Reseller & Agency Use

Users may resell PostDostAI services only if:

• They comply with all platform rules

• They remain responsible for their client activities

• They ensure clients follow these Terms

Resellers are fully responsible for:

• Client misuse

• Platform violations

• Billing disputes with their clients

PostDostAI is not liable for disputes between resellers and their customers.

We reserve the right to terminate reseller access in case of misuse.
